"Although there's agent isn't in my area he was kind, thoughtful, seemed extremely intelligent in his profession, great sense of humor, and a very good memory, although we just spoke over the phone it seemed like we were friends for years he answered all my questions, got me all the best deals, although another agent in the same state that I live in Arizona wasn't near the same caliber as Perry Olsen was, the other agent was even counter sending and rude, when I called Perry to start my policy I even commented about the guy here in Arizona"

"My name is Steven, I want to thank Shianne Lester, who has always been what makes State Farm insurance the reason I won’t leave, to make a long story short, unfortunately Shianne was working at a different office when I came in to take care of some very important matters, and was helped by someone else, that made me consider taking my business somewhere else, I went to State Farm today and Shianne Lester was there and I told her I no longer wanted to have anything to do with this agency because of what I had experienced here with another agent. She looked at my concerns and gave me the help and understanding I needed to move forward, and solved every issue regarding the multiple policies I have with them, I was very pleased and decided to stay with Perry Olson, Thank you Shianne for doing the work to have my family and I covered, Like a good neighbor State Farm is there."

"Sent a message to Perry as to why my auto rate went up. Still waiting for a response after two months."

As you know, individual agencies don’t set pricing. Over the past decade, repair costs, vehicle technology, medical expenses, and overall claim frequency have risen significantly across the industry, which has impacted premiums. We always strive to provide coverage options that fit our customers’ budgets and needs.
For eligible auto customers in 2025, State Farm announced last week that it will be returning $5 billion through the largest dividend in company history. You can read more here:
